Job Overview
Beedie Living is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our sales team. The Senior Sales Associate will play a critical role in selling our residential properties and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in real estate sales and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilitiies

    • Sales and Marketing:
    • Lead the sales process for residential properties, from initial contact through closing.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Beedie Living's residential developments, their unique features, and value propositions.
    • Create and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to nurture leads and generate sales.
    • Conduct property tours, host open houses, and facilitate meetings with prospective buyers.

    • Industry Relationships:
    • Foster the growth of both key Realtor relationships and new Realtors by developing, nurturing, and maintaining agent relationships, existing and new.
    • Facilitate any key Realtor Relationships with the Director of Sales.
    • Conduct a monthly review of all top realtors and send acknowledgements.

    • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from clients.
    • Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the buying process.
    • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions and provide accurate information.

    • Market Research:
    • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive developments, and industry best practices.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges in the residential real estate market.
    • Use market insights to inform pricing strategies and product positioning.

    • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and records.
    • Generate regular sales reports and update management on sales progress and results.

    • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Desired Skills and Responsibilities

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of [5] years of experience in residential real estate sales.
    • A valid real estate license in British Columbia.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Asset: Secondary Language Skill – Cantonese and/or Mandarin
$40,000 - $50,000 a year

We believe in recognizing and rewarding success, and therefore, a competitive commission structure is in place, offering additional earnings for each successful sale. Your total compensation will be a combination of the base salary and the commission, providing a dynamic and performance-driven opportunity.
