This Position
As Outdoor Customer Service Representative (Outdoor CSR) you'll help customers and vendors in our Landscape Supply Yard with professionalism and care—whether it’s loading materials, educating customers on our products and services, operating equipment, or managing inventory. The work is physical and fast-paced, and it takes someone who’s dependable, alert, and willing to serve with excellence. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, who works well with others, and who sees every task—big or small—as a chance to serve well. You’ll report directly to the Lead Outdoor CSR and work closely with a crew that’s committed to doing great work and helping others succeed.

What You'd Be Doing
- Helping customers in our Landscape Supply Yard—whether it’s finding the right type of stone, picking materials from high shelves, or offering guidance on products.
- Safely loading customer vehicles and our own delivery trucks with materials that don’t require equipment operation.
- Bagging and loading landscaping materials like rock, sand, and mulch—bags can weigh between 50-75 lbs, so you’ll be getting a workout!
- Performing quick equipment checks before rentals go out and walking customers through safe usage instructions.
- Sharing your knowledge about our products and services, from bulk materials to hardscape, sod, and artificial turf.
- Keeping safety top of mind—not just for yourself, but for your coworkers, customers, and the property around you. We take pride in maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
- Keeping an eye on stock levels and alerting the team when something’s running low.
- Helping out with daily deliveries by prepping loads and safely operating equipment (if trained).
- Supporting the Recycling Yard when needed by directing customers where to dump, helping unload materials, or identifying restricted items.
- Staying organized—whether that’s keeping the bunkered materials tidy or cleaning up the yard and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License (To be able to operate equipment).
- Ability to work in various weather conditions with exposure to heat, cold, wind, and rain.
- Ability to speak professional working English
- Able to perform physical requirements of the job, including: prolonged physical exertion, standing, reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling. Able to handle objects of unique shape and size and weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day, and up to 75 lbs occasionally.
- Able to be trained on operating equipment, including forklifts, small loaders, and heavy loaders.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience operating forklifts or small wheel loaders
- Experience in customer service
- Experience operating outdoor power equipment
- Bilingual

$20 - $25 an hour
Range dependent on skills and experience.
