As an Associate Manager in our Patient Solutions team, you will drive projects and programs that shape how biopharma companies reach and serve healthcare customers. You’ll apply your consulting experience—whether in management consulting, customer engagement, or sales-force operations—to projects such as:

·       Patient Journey, Adherence and other patient insights programs
·       Patient identification and activation 
·       Integrated data ecosystem with SP/Hub, Claims data, EMR/Lab and other unstructured data sets
·       Patient engagement optimization
·       Future looking applications like Digital Twin Models and advanced segmentations

You’ll engage with various Pharma brand and business insights teams and help craft specialized disease and drug-specific patient solutions programs

We'll Trust you to:

    • Own workstreams for patient solutions— understanding client’s specific disease and business problems, structuring bespoke and specialized analyses, and delivering high-quality insights and analytics

    • Partner with cross-functional client teams (Business Insights, RWE, Patient Services etc.) to shape go-to-market strategies, leveraging analytics, market insights, and patient analytics insights.
    • Drive strategic problem-solving engagements, synthesizing complex market dynamics, stakeholder feedback, and healthcare trends to deliver actionable
    • Develop client-ready deliverables—story-focused slide decks, operating models, roadmaps, and workshop materials.
    • Guide and coach analysts and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring consistent quality.
    • Support business development by shaping proposals, scoping new engagements, and identifying follow-on opportunities.
    • Champion best practices in customer engagement, bringing fresh perspectives on AI-enabled tools and emerging commercial models.

You'll need to have:

    • At least 6 years in life sciences management consulting, with claims data analytics experience and data science expertise
    • Proven experience supporting or leading projects using claims analytics
    • Expertise in pharma/biotech commercial functions (sales, marketing, access) and the product-lifecycle landscape
    • Domain depth in therapy areas like Oncology, Rare Diseases, and Neurology
    • Strong strategic thinking, quantitative acumen, and storytelling skills
    • Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000 to $180,000.
