We are currently seeking an experienced Manager to join our team. If you are passionate about the life sciences industry and possess the skills to excel in this dynamic role, we invite you to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in leading and managing operations for ongoing client engagements for our life sciences/pharma clients. You will be responsible for project leadership, team management, enhancing data processes, and managing client relationships. This position requires a blend of leadership, analytical expertise, and industry knowledge.

We'll Trust you to:

    • Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring effective communication, planning, and execution of key activities.
    • Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality proposals and ensure project methodologies are sound and impactful.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in life sciences analytics, guiding internal teams in producing high-visibility reports, executive dashboards, scorecards, and more.
    • Utilize coding skills to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting.
    • Identify growth opportunities for the firm, including new service offerings and improvements to best practices.
    • Manage financial aspects of client projects, including drafting SOWs and client invoicing.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse global teams, fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment.
    • Drive employee engagement, recruiting, training, and mentorship programs to support team members' professional growth.
    • Actively contribute to practice area development and the overall growth of the firm.

You'll need to have:

    • Bachelor or advanced degree with 10 years of professional experience.
    • Experience in the life sciences/pharma industry.
    • Effective leadership, people management, and project management skills.
    • Strong understanding of Pharma commercial functions such as Incentive compensation, Targeting, Segmentation, Forecasting, Data Management, Digital Marketing, Advanced Analytics, etc.
    • Coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA, etc.) and knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI. 
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
