We’re hiring a GTM Program Specialist to help drive clarity and execution across Beghou’s commercial and go-to-market functions. You will directly to the Director of Growth Strategy & Operations and acts as a strategic program partner - helping shape ideas, connect the dots across teams, and ensure follow-through on high-impact projects. You won’t own a single vertical, but you’ll have visibility and influence across many: marketing, sales enablement, commercial intelligence, proposals, design, and operations. The goal is to help our commercial engine run smarter, faster, and with better alignment. We'll trust you to:
- Support the Growth Director in shaping and executing GTM initiatives across teams.
- Help turn high-level ideas into structured workstreams across marketing, enablement, research, and proposals.
- Take ownership of specific projects - from sales playbooks to campaign coordination to internal GTM documentation.
- Identify roadblocks and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to keep initiatives moving.
- Draft, review, and improve internal-facing narratives, strategy decks, and updates.
- Support cross-functional readiness for campaigns, launches, and strategic projects.
- Collaborate with marketing, commercial enablement, and design to bring together inputs and drive clarity
You'll need to have:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, strategy, communications, research, or crossfunctional execution roles.
- Strong written communication and synthesis skills - you can turn chaos into clarity.
- A proactive, figure-it-out attitude. You’re curious, action-oriented, and unafraid of ambiguity.
- Ability to work across stakeholders and manage conflicting priorities with calm and structure.
- Comfort working in high-trust environments with minimal micromanagement.
