 Join our dynamic team where you will independently lead and drive operations, foster client communication, strategize and execute pivotal activities, and cultivate new business opportunities. As a crucial member, you will oversee internal teams, actively contribute to practice area expansion, partner in recruitment and training initiatives, and champion the professional growth of team members. Additionally, you will coordinate team efforts, provide support in daily operations, and serve as an expert-level contributor, adept at resolving intricate challenges and ensuring seamless delivery.

We'll trust you to:

    • Provide project leadership for team members regarding process improvements, planned approaches for client requests, or transition of new deliverables.
    • Oversee and develop proposals to ensure methodological soundness; consistently deliver quality client services and drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget.
    • Build and plan out complex enhancements to reports, online tools, and data processes.
    • Direct the activities of a data processing and analytics team that produces hundreds of high-touch reports and analyses, including executive dashboards, field reports, triggered alerts, and scorecards.
    • Frequently utilize coding to facilitate data processing, analytics, and reporting.
    • Grow external client engagements, owning the relationship between the client and the firm.
    • Identify areas for firm growth and create action plans to incorporate across the company, including the development of new offerings, improvements to best practice guidelines, or creating new firm practice areas to serve clients better.
    • Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes; manage project finances by maintaining financial summaries, and draft SOWs for new work.
    • Lead and motivate diverse and global teams; train and mentor team members to assist in their professional growth.
    • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
    • Support management initiatives, including promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, employee mentorship, and coaching as needed.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on current industry trends and analytical best practices in the life sciences industry.
    • Coach and mentor junior team members on professional development and serves as their Professional Development Manager.

You'll need to have

    • Bachelors or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, healthcare, or life sciences.
    • Experience in Commercial Operations and Analytics.
    • Experience with Pharma Datasets.
    • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required.
    • Intermediate skills in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
    • Coding skills (SAS, Python, VBA, etc.) and knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI.
    • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Effective leadership, people management, and project management skills.
    • Experience as a team leader or people manager.
    • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
