As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts in India. Your mission is to identify, engage, and secure the right talent, crucial in enhancing our team and supporting our business growth.

We'll trust you to:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional candidates, aligning with our specific hiring needs.
    • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting thorough candidate assessments and managing documentation.
    • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including innovative platforms beyond traditional avenues, to tap into both active and passive talent pools.
    • Provide support for campus recruitment initiatives and other strategic projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of our talent acquisition efforts.
    • Foster seamless communication and scheduling between interview panels and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
    • Maintain a robust candidate database and leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
    • Support the firm's overall recruitment function.

You'll need to have

    • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field.
    • A minimum of 6 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the consulting, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
    • Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring candidates within the IT and consulting fields, with a strong track record of delivering results.
    • Proficiency in utilizing ATS platforms to streamline recruitment processes.
    • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced capabilities in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Exemplary ethics and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple openings simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
    • Collaborative mindset with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and work effectively within a team environment.
