We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Senior Consultant to join our team and lead our digital marketing efforts within the life sciences B2B sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing various digital marketing channels, including social media, email, website, LinkedIn, SEO, PPC advertising, and analytics. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, and proficiency in a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms. This role offers broad exposure within a high growth global company in a collaborative team environment. 

We'll trust you to:

    • Manage and optimize our social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, to enhance brand visibility and engagement within the life sciences B2B sector. 
    • Manage and grow our customer database (HubSpot) and customer engagement across channels.  
    • Develop and manage our email program, including newsletters, third party partnerships, nurture campaigns, and more.  
    • Collaborating with marketing team and thought leaders on the management and regular updating of our website and blog using WordPress format, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO. 
    • Develop and execute corporate LinkedIn strategies, including managing our corporate profile, creating engaging content, and leveraging LinkedIn advertising to reach targeted audiences. 
    • Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic, staying updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends. 
    • Manage PPC advertising campaigns, specifically Google AdWords, to drive targeted traffic and generate leads.  
    • Utilize metrics and analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. 
    • Create targeted account-based marketing campaigns by identifying and understanding key personas within the industry, and developing engaging content tailored to their needs and interests. 
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals and objectives. 

You'll need to have

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred. 
    • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing roles, preferably within the B2B sector and specifically within the life sciences industry. 
    • Proficiency in managing social media channels, website content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools such as WordPress.  
    • Expertise in LinkedIn marketing, including corporate profile management and LinkedIn advertising. 
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic. 
    • Hands-on experience with PPC advertising platforms, particularly Google AdWords, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking. 
    • Proven ability to analyze metrics and analytics data to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. 
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to specific target audiences. 
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
