Beghou is seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support the Financial Planning & Analysis function by transforming complex financial and operational data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance. The FP&A Analyst/Senior Analyst will collaborate closely with the VP of FP&A, Controller, CFO, and other senior leaders to evaluate financial performance, support forecasting and budgeting processes, and develop high-impact reporting. A high-performing candidate in this role has the opportunity to progress to a Manager level position, offering increasing responsibilities and leadership opportunities within the Finance function.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial modeling and accounting, sharp analytical thinking, and exceptional attention to detail. Equally important is the ability to synthesize and clearly communicate financial concepts to stakeholders across the organization. This is a hybrid position for candidates based in the Chicagoland area.
We'll trust you to:
- Develop, update and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership, the Board and other stakeholders.
- Analyze trends in key financial and operational metrics and provide insight into variances from budget and forecasts.
- Collaborate with department leads to track and report on expenses vs. budget.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning initiatives.
- Utilize HubSpot to extract and analyze sales pipeline data to support revenue reporting and forecasting.
- Assist in identifying process improvements and developing tools for streamlined reporting and enhanced data accuracy.
- Support system implementations or upgrades related to financial planning and reporting.
- Support month-end close activities as needed.
- Provide support to the Controller and accounting team as needed.
- Assist with various ad hoc finance and accounting projects.
- As the team grows, this role will have the opportunity to expand their leadership scope and manage other FP&A team members over time.

You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1 – 3 years for Analyst and 2 – 5 years for Senior Analyst of FP&A/corporate finance, investment banking or private equity experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Experience with Sage Intacct and HubSpot preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and present insights clearly and concisely.
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity and integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
