Behavior Technician Application Questions

  • Behavior Technician Experience Disclaimer - This role requires an entry level and hands-on clinical experience working within the ABA community and or aligned fields. We are currently considering candidates who have an entry level understanding of the basic principles of ABA and or special education and paraprofessionals. Candidates who apply with the lack of ABA experience or aligned field experience present on their resumes will not be considered for this role.   • Are you currently working? If yes, where?✱
  • What is your current work schedule? (*not the hours your open but hours you currently are scheduled)✱
  • Behaviorcare offers ABA services in the home and in person, our clients are available for services during "after school" hours (2:00pm to 8:00pm), we do at times have hours during the day and weekend availability but is this something you are comfortable with? If not, could you explain? (maybe we can help)✱
  • Our pay range for Arizona is $21 to $26 / Pay Range for New Jersey is $22 to $27 - (Will this be something you are able to accept?) - Lets us know what your expectations are if not aligned.✱
  • We are looking for candidates with ABA experience in any format. How many years/months of ABA do you currently have?✱
  • Have you ever worked with a BCBA or had a BCBA provide direct supervision on a case you were assigned too? (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)✱
  • RBT status and (if applicable) RBT certification number?✱
  • Are looking to work 15 hours or less per week? Are you still looking to move forward with this position if we are unable to provide more than 15 hours per week? *** Keep in mind these roles are PART TIME and we very RARELY get morning hours (We do not offer full time roles at the moment nor do we offer caseloads of 20 hours or more) ***✱
