Revit is looking for a Sales Executive who would co-lead the sales side of the business along with the Co-Founder/CEO. Additionally, you will be collaborating with other Core Team leaders from other departments (Tech Automation Specialist, Research, SDR, Client Success) throughout the sales process. 

Being the closest to the source of potential clients, your feedback curiosity, and questions will be essential to our team’s success and will make a big impact on our path of always becoming better, step by step.

As a Junior - Middle Sales Executive in Revit, you will be responsible for:

    • Conducting discovery calls with qualified prospects scheduled through inbound channels and assessing their needs;
    • Collaborating with Core Team from other departments to get the team’s aligned feedback on the potential success of the client;
    • Developing templated proposals based on unique situations and reviewing them with potential clients;
    • Maintaining final sales process steps (sending a contract, 1st invoice, introducing the Delivery team);
    • Briefing our internal delivery team on all the details of each client when passing them to the onboarding stage;
    • Entering all required data into the CRM and maintaining pipeline and further communication with leads to ensure effective sales.

You will be successful in this role if you:

    • Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a B2B sales role;
    • Speak Fluently in both English (C1/C2) and Ukrainian; 
    • Have experience in selling or working with clients from the US/European markets; 
    • Understand at a high level the lead generation industry (research, email and LinkedIn outreach, copywriting);
    • Are a self-motivated and organized individual;
    • Enjoy curiously asking lots of questions in hopes of getting the full picture and having in-depth knowledge;
    • Critically think and based on the situation provide realistic (both negative and positive) feedback to potential clients and team members;
    • Move fast, adapt, learn and grow.
