Belkins is looking now for a passionate HubSpot Administrator to join our team and drive a new direction for our HubSpot Services offering. Are you a HubSpot guru with a knack for client success and a desire to shape the future? This could be your dream role!

As a HubSpot Administrator, you will:

    • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the HubSpot platform;
    • Provide expert training sessions to stakeholders and teams on best practices for the usage of HubSpot features and tools;
    • Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to optimize their use of the HubSpot platform;
    • Build nurture workflows, marketing emails, newsletters, and setup campaigns tools, including landing pages and blog pages;
    • Implement marketing automation best practices in the HubSpot platform and ensure proper testing of programs and functionality;
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their goals and objectives, providing strategic guidance on HubSpot usage;
    • Consult on best practices for migrating away from another CRM or marketing automation platform into HubSpot;
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to HubSpot implementation or usage.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:

    • At least 1,5 - 2 years of experience in onboarding new clients to the HubSpot platform;
    • An Upper-Intermediate level of English and Fluent Ukrainian;
    • Proven experience in consulting, implementing, and training on HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Services Hubs;
    • An understanding of inbound marketing, sales, and customer service principles;
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork across multiple departments;

    • Will be a plus:
    • HubSpot certifications;
    • Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, or other marketing automation and CRM tools;
    • Understanding of Cold outreach strategies.
