Belkins is seeking a highly organized and motivated Grants Manager with additional expertise in managing Tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to join our team.

The Grants Manager will be responsible for identifying, monitoring, applying for, and managing grant opportunities as well as tender and RFP processes within the US, UK, and Europe that align with the goals and needs of Belkins and our portfolio companies.

The successful candidate will work closely with our executive, finance, and procurement teams to ensure that all grant applications, tender submissions, and RFP responses are prepared accurately and submitted promptly.

As a Grants Manager at Belkins, you will:

    • Proactively research and identify grant opportunities, tenders, and RFPs across the US, UK, and Europe that align with the strategic goals of Belkins and our portfolio companies;
    • Lead the preparation and submission of grant applications, tender documents, and RFP responses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with grantor and client requirements;
    • Monitor the status of submitted grants, tenders, and RFPs, report on progress, and manage databases to track deadlines, requirements, and outcomes;
    • Ensure compliance with conditions and manage funds and contracts responsibly;
    • Work closely with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation;
    • Assist in developing strategies to maximize funding opportunities and align efforts with Belkins' strategic priorities;
    • Stay informed about grant, tender, and RFP opportunities, trends, and regulatory requirements;
    • Provide guidance and training to staff on processes and best practices.
    • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for tenders and RFPs.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

    • Have proven experience in grant writing and management, with additional expertise in managing tenders and RFPs, preferably with a focus on international opportunities.
    • Possess strong research skills and the ability to identify funding and procurement opportunities that match organizational goals.
    • Are fluent in English (C1+);
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling proposals and reports.
    • Are detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple applications and submissions simultaneously.
    • Familiar with the grant, tender, and RFP application processes in the US, UK, and Europe.
    • Are to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace, Hubspot, and AI, and experience with grant management and procurement software.
