Currently, we're looking for a result-oriented, communicative, and ambitious Sales Development Representative. As an SDR, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, nurturing relationships, and creating valuable opportunities for our clients.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

    • Build an omnichannel outreach approach using email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to engage, follow up, and convert prospects into qualified sales appointments; 
    • Execute outbound cold calling strategies on clients' behalf;
    • Work with businesses from various industries, acting as their representative to generate new business opportunities and nurture sales pipeline through a mix of outbound and inbound prospecting activities;
    • Create personalized messages and adapt communication style and pitch based on audience specifics and context; 
    • Cultivate relationships with prospects through initial and follow-up communications, including handling objections, to advance opportunities through the sales funnel;
    • Analyze weekly and monthly data from observations and statistics to report trends, assess the efficiency of current campaigns, and make actionable strategy suggestions;
    • Utilize tools like Reply, HubSpot, Expandi, Zoho, Salesforce, GSuite, Outlook, and Calendly to manage outreach and client data efficiently;
    • Participate in group calls with American and European clients;
    • Stay up to date with the latest outreach trends, methodologies, and techniques;
    • Share and implement best practices within the team to continuously improve processes and achieve success.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

    • Are a great communicator and find it easy to build relationships;
    • Are able to work with Europe and US time zones;
    • Have at least 1-2 years of SDR or relevant business development experience in B2B;
    • Have proven experience in generating leads via phone; 
    • Have a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts;
    • Are a self-driven and responsible problem solver with strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills;
    • Are experienced in using sales tools, G-suite services, and various CRM systems;
    • Have a knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people in the team;
    • Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset;
    • Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.
