Belkins is looking for a Marketing Analyst who will be responsible for providing marketing analytics and insights for our B2B products and services ecosystem to drive improvements and growth.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will:

    • Implement and oversee Google Analytics to ensure precise website performance tracking;
    • Continuously monitor and report key metrics, providing insights for ongoing enhancement;
    • Lead Google Tag Manager for tracking codes and collaborate with development teams for smooth implementation;
    • Perform detailed data analysis using BigQuery and SQL and create reports and dashboards in Looker Studio;
    • Collaborate with various teams to align on business objectives. Communicate data findings and strategic insights clearly to stakeholders to support informed decision-making;
    • Coordinate with the team to design and conduct A/B tests using Posthog to optimize outcomes;
    • Utilize tools such as GA4, GTM, BigQuery, SQL, Looker Studio, Firebase, and various advertising pixels like Google, Microsoft, and Facebook Ads.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:

    • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics;
    • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, especially GA4;
    • Proven expertise in using Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage tracking codes;
    • Strong proficiency in data analysis using tools such as BigQuery and SQL;
    • Proficient in creating reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker Studio;
    • Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools, analyzing test results and providing recommendations based on data-driven insights.
