The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for the overall financial health and strategic direction of Belkins and its group of companies. This position encompasses comprehensive oversight of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, while ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing financial performance. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep knowledge of financial markets, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.

Scope of Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Advise the CEO, board, and executive team on financial planning, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
    • Business Partnership: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations to maximize profitability and ROI from marketing campaigns, lead generation, and client projects.
    • Financial Operations Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and short-/long-term planning across the group and its subsidiaries. Ensure robust financial controls, corporate finance practices, and risk mitigation, while maintaining compliance with US GAAP/IFRS.
    • Cash Flow & Reporting: Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational stability. Deliver timely and accurate internal and external reporting, including consolidated reports across multiple business units and jurisdictions (US, UK, Cyprus, Ukraine).
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial performance, key metrics, and actionable insights to the board and investors. Build strong relationships with C-level leaders, auditors, banks, investors, regulators, and strategic partners.
    • Tax & M&A: Lead tax strategy and compliance across all jurisdictions. Drive M&A activities, including due diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration. Oversee the establishment of new legal entities as needed.
    • Team Leadership & Digital Transformation: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team. Drive finance digital transformation and finance automation to improve efficiency and scalability.
    • Investment & Growth Support: Oversee R&D investments, support go-to-market strategies for new products and services, and implement value-based pricing. Manage operations, customer segmentation, and growth strategies.
    • Fundraising & Investor Relations: Provide support for fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets activity as required.

The Experience & Skills We Value:

    • Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, CFA, or similar professional qualification is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 3 years in finance leadership roles, with a strong preference for prior experience as a CFO or Group CFO in a high-growth marketing, tech SaaS, or lead generation company, ideally operating in the B2B space.
    • Financial Acumen: Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, and accounting standards (IFRS, US GAAP).
    • Multi-Entity Environment: Demonstrated track record in budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, and reporting for multi-entity, multi-currency environments.
    • Industry Metrics: Deep understanding of key marketing/lead generation metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, pipeline, campaign ROI, etc.).
    • Desirable Experience: Experience with M&A, due diligence, and integration; experience with finance automation, process improvement, and digital transformation.
    • Tools: Experienced user of QuickBooks and Google Sheets for financial management, reporting, and analysis.
    • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
    • Communication & Business Acumen: Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong business judgment and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to partner effectively with commercial teams to drive growth and profitability.
    • Language: Fluent in Ukrainian, Advanced English.
