Belkins is currently seeking an Inbound Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, conducting meetings, and maintaining effective communication to facilitate the sales process. As an Inbound Sales Coordinator, you will:

    • Evaluate inbound leads according to established standards and pursue additional information if necessary;
    • Participate in calls/meetings with prospective clients to evaluate their eligibility for progression to the next stages of the sales process;
    • Maintain regular email correspondence and follow-up with prospects as necessary;
    • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate updates and coordinating rescheduling of appointments in the event of missed meetings;
    • Assist sales executives in maintaining current information on their deals.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

    • Have 1+ years of experience in Customer support, Contact center/tech support, Sales related roles (B2B sales or business development);
    • Have an advanced level of English (C1-C2);
    • Are experienced in using sales tools, G-suite services, and various CRM systems;
    • Can work remotely both independently and within a team;
    • Are a self-driven and responsible problem solver;
    • Have a knack for building rapport and collaborating with diverse people in the team;
    • Share a continuous improvement and growth mindset;
    • Thrive in transparent, impartial, and fast-paced environments.
