We are currently looking for a business-minded Senior Product Designer who is willing to make a significant contribution to the design of our new B2B product - Frostbite.

Frostbite - the first intuitive and charge-free solution for streamlined cold outreach.

As a Product Designer, you will:

    • Deliver best-in-class product, experience, and communication design;
    • Understand business goals and user needs and turn them into product experiences;
    • Use UX principles and design standards;
    • Create design processes from scratch;
    • Work with teams in customer success, marketing, and sales to gather feedback, plan solutions, and contribute to the projects with design and communications;
    • Constantly work to create value for the users by suggesting elegant and simple design solutions that solve their problems and seize new opportunities;
    • Measure the success of your solutions with the team and iterate on them;
    • Ensure design is carried out to sufficient detail to cover all edge cases, error messages, etc, with high-quality copywriting;
    • Work closely with developers, ensuring that designs are clearly understood and correctly implemented;
    • Perform design reviews during delivery and post-release to identify areas for improvement.

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

    • Have 4+ years of product design thinking experience;
    • Can meet enterprise complexity, keeping an eye for details and a holistic overview;
    • Make well-reasoned design decisions, always advocating for the best possible user experience;
    • Are passionate about continuous improvement and solving problems;
    • Have experience in running collaborative workshops to communicate users' needs and collaborate with both business and engineering;
    • Are experienced in testing designs using qualitative and quantitative methods;
    • Experienced in simplifying complexity and transforming data into core information;
    • Can optimize the design process and arrange your part of the work individually;
    • Meet tight deadlines;
    • Are proactive, organized, and curious;
    • Can use high communication skills, both verbal and written;
    • Are fluent in English (B2+);

    • Will be a plus:
    • Experience in Email Deliverability, Outreach, and Email Marketing
