This is where you come in…

As a Long Distance Sales Associate, you will be responsible for guiding our customer through the long distance move booking process. Some of the key elements of the role include personal, one on one concierge customer service, and an end to end follow up to make sure that every move is a personally tailored 5 star experience. Keeping track of follow up is key as you help the customer plan out a stressful, life changing decision and smooth that out for a hassle free move experience.

Responsibilities

    • You're the long distance expert that helps walk our customer through a huge transition and provide a warm, friendly, and confidence-inspiring experience that sets our customers up for success.
    • Make a high volume of calls and maintain a rapid response rate; maintain your enthusiasm and energy level throughout.
    • Master the workflow by speaking on the phone with active inbound leads (including outbound follow-up when required).
    • Lead clients through the process from first questions through booking and scheduling, then following up after the move to ensure we executed with excellence.

Experience

    • Experience
    • 0-2 years of relevant or related work experience
    • Background in sales with a high customer service focus or logistics is preferred
    • Ability to work on the phones the majority of your day speaking with customers
    • Ability to solve problems quickly over the phone while speaking with customers
    • Comfortable with web-based software and tools
    • Ability to work 9-5
