At Bellota Labs, we are a fast-paced, hypergrowth startup revolutionizing the gaming industry with ClubWPT Gold—an innovative new product for the World Poker Tour. Our mission is fueled by a passion for innovation, game integrity, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
We’re looking for a Technical Producer / Technical Project Manager to join our growing project management team. This role will focus on platform-level initiatives, owning delivery and driving clarity across teams responsible for infrastructure, backend systems, SDKs, and other technical foundations of our product. You’ll report to the Head of Project Management and serve as a central hub of coordination across engineering, product, QA, and other key stakeholders (including international contributors). This is a hands-on role in a rapidly evolving team, with plenty of opportunity to help define how we manage work as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, from discovery through deployment
- Collaborate directly with engineers, product leads, and QA to plan sprints, prioritize work, and remove blockers
- Track timelines, manage dependencies, and maintain Jira boards, Confluence documentation, and related tools
- Drive sprint rituals (planning, stand-ups, retros) and ensure consistent communication and follow-through
- Dig into technical discussions enough to understand constraints, risks, and tradeoffs—and help others do the same
- Help establish team norms, workflows, and delivery practices as our project management function matures
- Coordinate across time zones with international stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Technical Producer, or similar role
- Strong experience with agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite, Miro, etc.) and delivery methodologies
- Proven ability to manage platform/infrastructure projects and drive execution alongside engineering
- Comfortable participating in technical discussions and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of owning large initiatives without constant oversight
- Experience working with QA teams, handling release planning, and coordinating post-deployment follow-up
- Ability to work across time zones with international teams and vendors
Nice to Have
- Experience in real-money gaming, fintech, or other regulated environments
- Other Games Experience
- Background in program management or helping shape operational practices as teams scale
- Familiarity with mobile SDK integrations, backend services, or developer-facing tooling, ideally as a developer
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Fluent in Mandarin
$150,000 - $200,000 a year
