The role

Belong is looking for our first full life-cycle recruiter to help the company scale as it ventures into its next exciting stage of growth. In this new role, you will own the recruiting process for a variety of roles (i.e. product, engineering, customer success) to grow all parts of the organization.
You will be calling the shots on decisions that will shape our candidate experience and sourcing strategy to advise the leaders of the company to make excellent hiring decisions. 
This role reports directly to the Head of People.
In this role, you will:
·       Be the first full life-cycle recruiter for Belong and help build a variety of functions
·       Help create an end to end excellent candidate experience in partnership with People Ops
·       Use market knowledge and funnel data to maximize the company's talent bets
·       Advise hiring managers on how to get the best talent in the door
·       Have ample room to grow and develop your skills
·       Work with very talented people to build the backbone of Belong
This job is for you if you: 
·       Have 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience
