Are you a people person with a passion for real estate and a knack for creating memorable experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Home Coordinator to join our team. As a Home Coordinator, you will play a vital role in showcasing our exceptional homes listed for rent to potential residents. Additionally, you will assist our local team in various tasks related to our Belong Homes, ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for our residents and homeowners.

Responsibilities:
90% of this job is to conduct home tours: Show our outstanding homes available for rent to potential residents, highlighting the unique features, amenities, and benefits of each property.
The remaining 10% is completing other tasks related to the home: complete quality assurance checks, pre move-in tasks (key copying, setting up lockbox access at homes, etc.)

Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to engage and connect with potential residents, residents, and homeowners alike, making them feel welcome and valued.
Flexibility and adaptability: Ability to manage a dynamic workload, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease.
Reliable transportation, a valid California Driver's License, and proof of insurance.
Smartphone, with data + text plan
Weekday and weekend availability. For weekdays, late afternoon to early evening availability is preferred. 
No prior experience necessary: While previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is advantageous, we welcome individuals with a drive to succeed and a willingness to learn.
