This job is all about managing schedules and labor efficiently and tour request fulfillment speed; we’re looking for someone who can ensure our potential residents start their Belong experience through tours. You will work very closely with the Leasing Advisors team to get the home Loved quickly.

Role Responsibilities
Verify homes in assigned markets are in show ready status and ready for in-person tours.
Efficiently schedule in-person and virtual tours for all assigned homes, adhering to team scheduling standards and utilizing both internal and external (Showami) resources.
Respond quickly to potential resident inquiries regarding tours, focusing primarily on fulfillment of private tour requests and guiding them through the next steps post-tour.
Manage and coordinate Home Coordinator schedules efficiently, ensuring ample coverage at all times for assigned markets to fulfill both tour requests and pro service requests.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and proactively action on feedback surfaced during tours to maintain positive tour experiences.
Foster positive feedback from potential residents, promptly resolving any negative feedback to uphold Belong’s high service standards.

Requirements
Strong previous customer-facing and operational role experience. Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Task management and any other coordinating experience are highly preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project/task management experience preferred. 
Able to work well with others and under pressure.
Intercom & Google Suite experience required.

KPIs:
Median number of Tour Attendees per home (within first 21 days of listing) to be >=8
First Tour scheduled within <2 days from Listing Published
Avg. Tours Completed per Home
CSAT, Post Tour & Tour Requests Surveys
Intercom, Responsiveness SLA, 90%+
Intercom, Tour Request Fulfillment, 90%+

Monday - Friday, 11:00am - 7:00pm  PST 
$5 - $5 an hour
