We are seeking a versatile People Coordinator to oversee the full recruitment lifecycle and provide vital support to our Tour Operations team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires, while also collaborating closely with the Tour Operations team to streamline administrative processes and tackle ad-hoc tasks.

Role Responsibilities
Fully own the sourcing & recruiting process for Home Coordinators for the Tour Operations team, acting as the first impression for all interested candidates.
Coordinate the onboarding process for all new Home Coordinators, including paperwork and training sessions. 
Assist the Program Manager in managing Home Coordinator headcount & availability to optimize coverage at all times.
Provide administrative support to the Tour Operations team and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the overall success of the team.

Requirements
Strong previous recruiting & talent acquisition experience. Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
Previous experience in customer service/customer facing roles is a nice to have.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Google Suite, applicant tracking systems (greenhouse, Lever), job boards and recruitment platforms.
Understanding of basic HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) functionality for managing employee data, generating reports and tracking recruitment metrics.

Compensation and schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm  PST
5 USD/hour
$5 - $5 an hour
