Belvedere Trading is a leading proprietary trading firm with offices in Chicago, New York, Boulder, and Singapore. Our traders work hard to provide liquidity to the market through their market-making activities and are the masters of a diverse set of commodities, interest rates, exchange-traded funds (ETF), and equity index options. Belvedere Trading offers customizable financial backing packages for experienced traders who wish to manage their own products but with the benefits of operating within a large, established trading firm. We are seeking traders, or teams of traders, with proven strategies that may benefit from our technologies and economies of scale.
The ideal candidate(s) will have a strong track record, a drive to succeed, and the ability to grow a desk around their core competencies.

What you'll need
- 3+ years of trading experience
- Strong quantitative skills, including high mathematical aptitude, experience with Excel, data analytics
- Entrepreneurial attitude, creative problem-solving skills, and ability to implement iterative improvements to trading systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in a professional and collaborative setting
Extra Credit
- Strong programming skills, C++, C#, Python/Matlab/R
- Experience with Data mining/Statistics/Optimization in research topics
- Experience in a profitable algorithmic trading group
