Who YOU Are
BEN is seeking a dynamic Manager, Client Development to join a dynamic sales team in our Los Angeles office and sell BENlabs’ various AI technology as well as our Managed Services and other offerings. This role is ideal for a persistent hunter, with a never-give-up approach to new client acquisition.  BEN is a nimble company, quickly pivoting to meet the needs of our clients in an ever-changing landscape. The ideal candidate not only embraces change, but drives it. To that end, the ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals in this very competitive and high-growth space, while building relationships with executives at major global brands.

Responsibilities

    • Prospect, forge connections and sell BENlabs AI tools, SaaS, managed services, and other offerings
    • Become a subject matter expert on BENlabs tools, technologies, and services 
    • Design and implement personal sales forecasting plans and strategy that aligns with company’s goals and objectives 
    • Identify, track and present key performance metrics to management demonstrating success and calling out areas requiring attention 
    • Analyze various data points to determine opportunities for development
    • Build strong relationships with managers and reps to help mold the team morale 

Qualifications & Skills

    • 3-5 years of sales experience with a focus on prospecting and client acquisition, preferably for an Entertainment-related venture or marketing agency
    • Experience working in the Influencer marketing, SaaS, and AI spaces highly preferred
    • Contacts within the marketing organizations of major brands – ideally related to strategic and entertainment marketing initiatives 
    • Demonstrated track record developing and maintaining relationships with multiple divisions and company leaders to ensure appropriate communications and a coordinated approach to maximizing successes with clients
    • Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets
    • Strong creative sales strategist, with prior success with development and execution of business plans for complex client organizations
    • Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation
    • Passionate problem solver who is invigorated by client challenges
    • Ability to flourish in a high-energy, rapid-paced start-up environment, and help bring BENlabs to the next level 
    • BA / BS degree is required, or equivalent experience
$80,000 - $300,000 a year
Compensation for this role is comprised of a base and commission. The expected range listed is based on variables including sales goals met. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and location.
