Bento Box is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the supervising executive at Bento Box Entertainment. This position would work directly for the executive with visibility across multiple animated productions. 
Candidates must be extremely organized, responsible, detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must also have extensive experience with calendar management and scheduling, in addition to possessing a strong desire to learn. Must be capable of managing multiple schedules, and have the ability to proactively anticipate, plan, maneuver, and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Must enjoy problem-solving and critical thinking. A good-natured sense of humor and calm demeanor is key to success in this position. 
Ideal candidates have an interest in animation and animation production, as this position will be exposed to the inner workings of a top-tier studio. Position is best suited for career assistants, or candidates with aspirations in producing and creative development. 
This is a full-time position in an energetic and exciting environment with opportunity for growth. Position may require extended working hours. This is a hybrid position, and requires a candidate who is currently located in Los Angeles.

Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently manage an ever changing calendar
    • Coordinate with multiple assistants and executives across the industry 
    • Frequent phone and email correspondence - must be prompt in responding, and a clear and concise communicator
    • Manage all aspects of international travel
    • Manage communication and follow-up to insure projects are on schedule
    • Manage expense reports, NDAs, and other paperwork as needed
    • Filter priorities to insure executive stays on track with the ability to pivot quickly
    • Diligent project tracking and asset management
    • Create decks for C-Suite level meetings, as needed
    • Create user guides and other resources for teams


    • A minimum of 1 year desk experience at an agency, management company, studio, or network preferred, but not required; Ability to exercise discretion and an understanding of confidentiality is important
    • Must have a degree from an accredited college or university
    • Must have a mastery of the Google suite
    • Exposure to the animation process is a plus
    • Knowledge of Photoshop, Premiere Pro, ToonBoom Harmony and Filemaker is a plus
    • Tech savvy and eager to learn and implement new software
    • Will require at least 2 references or recommendations from a prior employer or supervisor

$1,050 - $1,200 a week
