Help build our marketing team into a well-oiled, brand ­building, customer generating, loyalty maximizing machine. We're looking for someone with an analytical mindset to help us run offline media, influencer relationships, and paid social media. 

You will:

    • Plan and execute testing of ad creative, targeting, bid strategy, landing page optimization, new & emerging platforms.
    • Support the team in all paid offline marketing campaigns in channels such as Podcasts and TV including: channel selection, box selection for hosts, developing data-backed creative briefs, and analyzing results.
    • Track and maintain weekly reports and dashboards related to customer acquisition performance
    • Grow our sponsored content channel by developing relationships with media publishers, using data to evaluate new opportunities and owning the execution of those campaigns.
    • Identify marketing growth opportunities and make data-backed/objective-backed cases for testing them
    • Routinely analyze campaign results and report on key metrics to stakeholders, to inform marketing strategy
    • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop new creative and media buying strategies.

The ideal candidate:

    • Has 1-2+ years of analytical, strategic and/or digital marketing experience (can include internships) in a position such as management consulting, data analysis, investment banking, business intelligence, finance, or performance marketing 
    • Is familiar with advertising and marketing concepts
    • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and takes initiatives on projects
    • Has an understanding of e-commerce
    • Can adapt and learn quickly

Bonus points for:

    • Experience working with direct response marketing
    • A relevant internship within marketing or advertising
