Director of Sales

The Director of Sales owns strategic enterprise accounts, and is responsible of the sales process from lead generation to signing a contract. You report to Head of Sales, and work closely with Customer Success, Product and Production teams.

We are looking for people with strong enterprise sales track record. You know the healthcare market, understand how health plans operate and have excellent communication skills. If you are looking to join an exciting digital health startup, and want to have a real impact, this is a role for you!

Key Responsibilities

    • Close new health plan customers, and grow existing accounts
    • Manage sales funnel from lead to close
    • Own enterprise client relationship at executive level
    • Lead quarterly meetings with existing clients
    • Build sales play-books and processes to ensure continuous growth
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients

What we expect from you

    • Undergraduate or Masters degree
    • 5-10 years in enterprise sales experience in digital health or software setting
    • Demonstrated ability close and own large enterprise accounts
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Technical chops to understand client business needs
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
    • Genuine Interest in making the US healthcare system better
