The Head of Customer Success leads BetterDoctor customer facing teams and ensures success of our enterprise clients. You are part of the management team and work closely with sales, product and production teams. Your teams serve as the primary point of contact for BetterDoctor enterprise clients.

We are looking for people with strong track record running successful enterprise account management teams and implementation. You know tech, love working with people, have excellent communication skills and are always ready to go the extra mile for the client. Key Responsibilities

    • Lead BetterDoctor customer facing teams
    • Hire, train and manage a team of account managers, program managers and other client facing roles
    • Own enterprise client relationships from on-boarding to day-to-day services
    • Build play-books and processes to ensure customer success
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with clients, and make sure they get the maximum value of BetterDoctor services

What we expect from you

    • Undergraduate or Masters degree
    • 5-10 years in customer success or sales leadership in digital health or software setting
    • Demonstrated ability to hire and lead successful teams
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Technical chops to understand client integration needs
    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time
    • Genuine Interest to make the US healthcare system better
