Qualifications

    • At least 1 yer experience as a VETERINARY receptionist
    • Answering phones
    • Tech Savvy
    • Helping clients navigate our mobile app for scheduling, refills, medical records, etc.
    • Navigating our CRM (Hubspot) an multiple lines of client communications (chat, email our practice management system)
    • Maintaining electronic medical records
    • Ability to work independently
