POSITION OVERVIEW
The core mission of the Solution Consultant is to actively drive, manage, and assist all technical sales aspects of opportunities from initial contact through to customer acceptance and adoption. In this role, you will provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers. You'll gather complex requirements from our clients and design solutions to ensure the successful implementation of the platform. Your industry and technical expertise will be essential as you support tailored product demonstrations, solution design, and detailed proposal creation.


Please note, although this is a remote position you must be based in Canada for this role.

Responsibilities

    • Prepare and conduct demonstrations of NetSuite to prospective clients
    • Evaluate, define and scope the client requirements to help the sales team prepare statements of work
    • Determine appropriate delivery scope to help ensure a successful client experience
    • Act as a NetSuite subject matter expert, providing a deep level of product knowledge and skillfully answer product & services related questions during the sales cycle
    • Manage multiple opportunities as part of a dedicated sales team
    • Act proactively and as a trusted client advocate during engagements
    • Ability to build relationships with prospects, clients and colleagues
    • Organize, analyze, and communicate with both fellow consultants and prospective clients in a professional, productive, and efficient manner

Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields, Computer Science, MIS or other technology-related fields
    • 2+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience, 2+ years Solution Consulting experience, 2+ years of pre-sales / sales experience or mix of three
    • In depth understanding of NetSuite and the Pre-sales process
    • NetSuite certifications highly preferred – NetSuite ERP consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and SuiteFoundation
