    • Drive revenue and traffic to to elevate website as the main online source for all Beyond Meat products
    • Develop content roadmap and growth plan to keep Beyond Meat on the leading edge of content and digital shelf standards
    • Serve as daily point of contact for retail sales, marketing and digital to ensure online and in store retail is top of mind with relevant and engaging advertising and social posts resulting in revenue.
    • Maintain social content for weekly with social marketing team.
    • Monitor best online retail practices both with other plant-based brands and industry wide.
    • Lead the development of best in class content development from the brand team
    • Collaborate with the brand team and creative team to develop or update all content assets for all items
    • Work in conjunction with warehouse to monitor inventory and VP of Retail Sales on product forecasting. Have consistent ·        product vitality with unique offerings only found at
    • Work in conjunction with social digital team to monitor SEM, SEO and overall digital spend and consistently adjust based on results and ROI.
    • Review and audit the search ranking of brands to determine gaps/opportunities in order of share of search
    • Develop recommendations and guidelines to drive SEO traffic to the retailer for brands and categories
    • Develop recommendations and guidelines to help drive up share of shelf and average ranking of brand products  through search
    • Works with Warehouse Manager on order fulfillment, managing peak periods during the year.
    • Manage all customer service online requests and reports information back to fulfilment.
    • Requests all online creative requests from Marketing department.
    • Works with Retail Director to manage and drive retail promotions and online marketing calendar.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Retailer Digital Shelf Management

    • Develop content roadmap and growth plan to keep Beyond Meat on the leading edge of content and digital shelf standards
    • Addresses new image or content issues with retailer based on their requirements by changing, updating, or removing content
    • Manage and influence retailer’s item attribution to ensure that the correct content is being developed
    • Maintain and update content over time on retailer’s sites and apps based on retailer requirements and cadence
    • Review SKU level content health and variation strategy across retailers
    • Addresses any content errors or issues with Retailer/Broker/Retail Team
    • Coordinate with the retailer’s content team to align uploads of content and images from BYMT Webdam to specific retailers
    • Build strong relationships with retailer’s digital site merch and content teams
    • Assist with new item setup with retailers on the digital content set up within retailer portal/system
    • Support the digital execution of item authorizations driven by brick and mortar changes


    • BA/BS required.
    • Minimum of 5 years total CPG industry experience (eCommerce or traditional).
    • 2 years of eCommerce experience preferred; Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience with Shopify strongly preferred (?).
    • Knowledge of methods for showing, promoting, pricing and selling retail merchandise. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration and sales techniques.
    • Strong knowledge of digital landscape (social media and online merchandising).
    • Knowledgeable and stays abreast of industry trends.
    • Strong website and consumer analytic skills.
    • Creative with ability to develop new and innovation solutions.
    • Must be a self-starter and intellectually curious. Comfortable with some ambiguity - as this is a new role.
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills, to both internal and external audience.


    • Strong strategic skills with experience in digital landscape.
    • Strong analytical skills: website and consumer
    • Strong PC skills including MS Office.
    • Blue Planner experience preferred.
    • Very strong team player, ability to work with cross-functional teams to get results.
    • Passion for Beyond Meat and it’s missions and goals.
    • Ability to travel a few times a year.
