We are Seeking for a Passionate HR Operations Manager , who wants to Join a Team that Defines Excellence in Hospitality!

Responsibilities:

    • Administer/manage daily HR activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance, while providing support in employee relations.
    • Manages the recruitment and retention process for the property for both hourly and salaried team members. Ensures fair hiring practices including consistent completion of all new-hire paperwork. Implements and maintains recognition programs that reward and motivate team members and plays key role in administering and following up with Team Member Satisfaction Survey. 
    • Monitors and administers compensation/benefits for both hourly and salaried team members. 
    • Manage the onboarding process for the new hires.
    • Conduct new hire orientations, and completion of new hire paperwork.
    • Tracking and Maintaining Employee Training Requirements. 
    • Lead HR projects to improve process

Required Skills and Experience:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience preferred. SHRM-CP preferred.
    • Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Two+ years of Human Resource experience required & 1 year HR management. Strong preference for experience in a hospitality or service industry. Must have strong organizational & communication skills, and a professional presence.  Must have a solid business focus in addition to effective interpersonal skills. 
    • Bilingual Preferred
    • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
