Who You Are
You are a strategic and analytical professional who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, marketing performance, and data-driven decision-making. You are passionate about business strategy and translating that into actionable plans that drive measurable growth across marketing and other key functions, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives. You have a strong business acumen, are fluent in performance data, and excel in cross-functional environments where your insights influence key decisions and shape long-term strategy. You will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy through data-driven insights, analysis, and execution.

What You'll Do

    • Create and refine selection lists using predictive models and advanced analytics, leveraging segmentation, scoring, and performance data to target high-value prospects with precision.
    • Create and manage campaign files, ensuring all necessary data, assets, and documentation are compiled and organized for smooth execution. This includes coordinating with teams, maintaining version control, and meeting deadlines for timely delivery of campaign materials.
    • Build and maintain marketing creative databases, ensuring consumer universes are clean, accurate, and actionable for campaign execution.
    • Identify and evaluate new population segments, products, and markets to uncover growth opportunities across list-based marketing channels.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to assign and refine campaign assets that resonate with key audiences; design and analyze A/B tests to enhance the consumer journey.
    • Translate marketing performance into business impact by delivering insights that connect campaign metrics to outcomes such as revenue, customer acquisition, and profitability.
    • Monitor and assess channel performance against forecasts to uncover optimization opportunities and scale high-performing strategies.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making.

What You'll Need

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
    • 2+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
    • Experience with list-based marketing strategy (e.g., direct mail, email).
    • Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets.
    • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.
    • Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions.
    • Highly collaborative, organized, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Nice to Have:
    • Experience in consumer lending.
    • Experience leveraging generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, DALL·E) to enhance productivity, automate content creation, and support data-driven decision-making.
