E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to match the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we’re on a mission to change that.
We help brands by democratizing best-in-class operations: scaling faster while delivering a five-star customer experience.

Since 2018, we’ve built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 500+ brands â€” from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI, Aigle, and CabaĂŻa. With 110+ employees across Paris, Madrid, and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 7 warehouses across Europe, we’re solving logistics challenges that others haven’t dared to tackle — making fulfillment faster, smarter, and greener.

Backed by $20+M in funding and trusted by the next generation of e-commerce leaders, we’re scaling rapidly — from 10 million orders in 2024 toward ambitious enterprise expansion. The journey ahead is bold, and we’re looking for the right partner to help us lead the way.

Missions

    • Coworking office liaison: act as the point of contact with the coworking space, manage day‑to‑day requests, reserve meeting rooms and ensure the team has everything needed to work comfortably.
    • Team event organisation: plan and coordinate on‑site events (team lunches, after‑work gatherings, off‑sites) to foster team cohesion.
    • Recruitment process support: assist the Country Manager and Talent team with posting job offers, scheduling interviews and keeping candidates informed.
    • Back‑up HR tasks: provide administrative support on HR topics (onboarding, document preparation, time‑off tracking) in coordination with the HR team in Paris.
    • Process harmonisation: work with the Paris Office Manager to align administrative processes and cultural initiatives between France and Spain.
    • General administration: manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries, order supplies, track office‑related invoices and support travel or off‑site arrangements.

Requirements

    • Current student in business, management, HR or a related discipline looking for a 5–6 month internship.
    • Fluency in Spanish and English (French is a plus).
    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; you enjoy creating connections and helping others.
    • Interest in start‑ups and the e‑commerce logistics sector.
