Bigblue is Europe’s leading fulfilment platform for running an omnichannel business. We handle millions of parcels every year for hundreds of merchants.
Since 2018, we’ve built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 500+ brands — from fast-growing DTC players to global omnichannel names like MUJI, Aigle, Greenweez and Cabaïa. With 110+ employees across Paris, Madrid, and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 9 warehouses across Europe, we’re solving logistics challenges that others haven’t dared to tackle — making fulfilment faster, smarter, and greener.
We’re looking for a data-driven Field Marketer to build the bridge between Marketing and Sales, drive measurable growth in local markets, embody our brand, and play a crucial role in our expansion. Marketing at Bigblue serves five core purposes:
1. Generate and capture demand to achieve ambitious targets for new inbound Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
2. Position Bigblue as the essential go-to logistics partner for European brands. We use thought leadership, customer stories, and impactful branding to make Bigblue the top choice for ambitious brands.
3. Support the sales team by providing resources, content, and tools that help advance and close deals—ensuring our commercial teams are equipped to win in a competitive market.
4. Bring in referrals by building a brand and customer experience that merchants and partners are proud to recommend, amplifying our reach through word-of-mouth and advocacy.
5. Attract top talent by showcasing our culture, mission, and impact—ensuring Bigblue is recognised as a destination employer for those who want to shape the future of commerce.
Missions
- Execute localised and sales-aligned Account Based Marketing (ABM) tactics: Implement online and offline marketing activities tailored to local markets, to ensure brand consistency, deliver campaigns and initiatives that drive pipeline and revenue growth according to our AMB funnel.
- Drive Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain sales enablement tools including templates, email sequences, and customer stories to empower the sales team at various stages of the sales cycle.
- Support Product Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the launch and promotion of new products, working with product marketing to deliver compelling messaging and positioning.
- Support Bigblue’s content strategy: Execute a content roadmap spanning customer stories, newsletters, landing pages, social media posts and high-impact video content.
- Lead the shift to organic and AI-driven acquisition channels: Develop and execute strategies that prioritise organic growth—content marketing, SEO, and community engagement—to build a robust online presence without heavy dependence on paid advertising.
- Press & Public Relations: Support the execution of local press initiatives and media outreach to increase Bigblue’s visibility and reputation in key markets.
What Success Looks Like
- Accelerate the sales process by increasing deal velocity and improving win rates.
- Deliver new customer stories, supporting ambitious new ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets.
- Build a robust online presence through organic and AI-driven channels, reducing dependency on paid search and growing Bigblue’s visibility in AI-powered search platforms and conversational AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity)
- Elevate Bigblue’s brand visibility through successful field events, local press, and PR initiatives, measured by metrics such as media mentions, media impressions, and positive content analysis.
Requirements - must-haves
- 3+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation, content and sales enablement.
- Portfolio of content projects in French and English that drove measurable results.
- Strong project management and organisational skills: ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, events, and stakeholders simultaneously, and deliver on tight timelines.
Requirements - nice to have
- E-commerce or Operations Knowledge: Working knowledge and understanding of e-commerce or operations processes.
- Experience with SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and link building to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools.
- Creative, autonomous, and eager to experiment and learn.
