To continue our impressive growth trajectory (+100% YoY), we are seeking a passionate and results-oriented evangelist and relationship builder to join our team and work closely with our Account Executive, Growth and Marketing Team.

Your role will be crucial in identifying champions and decision-makers within target companies (in Cosmetics, Fashion and Food Industries), establishing strong connections, and laying the foundation for high-level negotiations that will greatly facilitate and add value to the work of our Account Executives.

As our Sales Development Representative, you will:

    • 🔎 Market insight:
    • Be the eyes and ears of Bigblue in the market, providing valuable insights into emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and customer preferences.
    • Collaborate closely with the Growth, Marketing, Partnerships and Account Executive team to identify and research relevant sales targets within specific verticals and customer segments.

    • 🕵️ Prospect engagement:
    • Engage into depth research to understand the personal interests and professional needs of our target prospects. Our champions and decision makers do not have any secret for you.
    • Develop a deep understanding of prospect motivations, challenges, and buying behavior to tailor engagement strategies effectively.

    • 🌟 Outbound prospecting campaigns:
    • Take charge of lead generation initiatives by designing and executing outbound prospecting campaigns. You’ll leverage all communication channels (email, LinkedIn, Instagram, phone calls, video messages) to generate leads on well-identified niche markets to achieve your monthly new revenue quota.
    • Craft creative and personalised messaging to resonate with prospects across different channels, showcasing Bigblue's unique value proposition.

    • 🎾 Relationship building:
    • Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospects, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and resource.
    • Organise or plan to attend events with AEs that your prospects will truly appreciate (Restaurants, Sports Events, Sport sessions, Music Shows, etc)
    • Act as a brand evangelist, continuously promoting Bigblue's success stories and nurturing connections to create a favorable environment for negotiations.

As the ideal candidate, you have:

    • 1-3 years sales experience in a high growth tech environment 
    • Exceptional candidates with less work experience will also be considered
    • Motivated with a desire to learn and a strong work ethic
    • Hunter attitude and a drive to work autonomously
    • Data driven & process-oriented
    • Track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor
    • Creativity and willingness to take on responsibilities
    • Native Spanish speaker & professional level in English
