As a member of the Partnerships & New Business team, you’ll help drive a step change in the reach of Big Health’s Digital Therapeutics. As a Senior Manager of Commercial Partnerships, you will work closely with a major healthcare industry partner to build out an entirely new commercial model for this emerging sector of medicine.

As Senior Manager of Commercial Partnerships at Big Health, you will:

    • Lead implementation of our partnership with a major healthcare partner, focused on expanding covered access to and enrollment in our digital therapeutics
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the partner, thinking strategically about how to help all parties achieve their objectives
    • Develop and manage a detailed project plan across various workstreams, including IT projects and commercialization activities
    • Work collaboratively with internal Big Health teams, including Product & Engineering to build out necessary IT and user enrollment infrastructure and processes and Sales & Marketing to drive new business through the partner
    • Support leadership by conducting analyses, refining strategy, developing presentation materials, and other project-based work that supports the overall partnership function

In order to be successful, you will need:

    • Proven track record of independently managing complex projects from start to finish, achieving key objectives on agreed timelines
    • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with prior professional experience building and managing relationships with clients, prospects, or partners
    • Self-starter attitude and deep intellectual curiosity with a history of rapid, self-driven learning and subject mastery
    • 3+ years of experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy consulting, or business development / partnerships in a fast-paced startup environment
    • Experience working in or with the healthcare industry with specific knowledge of the US healthcare payer ecosystem
    • Passionate about helping millions back to good mental health and driving widespread adoption of digital therapeutics

It would be a bonus is you have:

    • Advanced degree in business, healthcare, or medicine (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, MD etc.)
