Big Health is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Technology & Operations Manager to build and drive the success of Big Health’s customer marketing technology stack. In this role you will lead the integration of Big Health’s marketing and analytics tools, operationalize execution from our martech stack, and execute the long term strategy for successfully driving enrollment driven & optimized by Big Health’s martech stack. Success in this role entails standing up and operationalizing a martech stack that is able to execute various patient journeys across segments, while monitoring performance for ongoing testing and optimization.

This role is a critical role to the overall success of Big Health as this person will own the technologies and tools which operationalize and monitor enrollment, ultimately driving revenue for Big Health. This individual must be an experienced self-starter who succeeds in ambiguity and is able to collaborate at a higher technical level with product and engineering teams in particular. 

This role is a unique opportunity for an individual who is driven by the prospect of owning the successful enrollment marketing operation in an environment where individuals are empowered, collaboration is vital, and egos are checked at the door. Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a thought leader within the company in the current and future strategy, design, and operation of Big Health’s enrollment marketing engine
    • Act as company SME for our marketing automation platforms (primarily Iterable) and interface with the Product team on post enrollment member journeys 
    • Operate with a data driven approach to all aspects of enrollment marketingMap current and future use cases to build lifecycle specific campaigns 
    • Build automation flows, segmentation, and journeys within Iterable
    • Translate campaign and operational requirements to functional technical requirements within the Martech stack
    • Enable ongoing performance monitoring leveraging analytics dashboardsDevelop testing framework for ongoing performance monitoring
    • Constantly seek to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customerIdentify opportunities for collaboration with other complimentary benefit vendors to cross-promote within a client population

Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience integrating marketing technology solutions
    • Minimum of 5 years experience driving digital experience or marketing initiatives across a variety of channels, with an emphasis on email and SMS activation 
    • Experience operating a marketing automation platform (Iterable preferred) and working with various MarTech platforms (analytics, CDP, Identity matching etc)
    • Prior experience marketing to employee, health plan and/or  Public Sector populations is a plus 
    • Collaboration super star who is a true self starter and values winning as a team
    • Superb organization; comfort managing a project from end to end, demonstrating attention to detail throughout
    • Customer orientation and insights-led approach to marketing and experimentation
    • Track record of successfully influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams

$130,000 - $165,000 a year
Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses and equity.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
