Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the Product Operations Manager will be responsible coordinating resources for the execution of current and future projects in relation to our two products; Sleepio and Daylight.

As a Product Operations Manager at Big Health, you will:

    • Coordinate and manage cross functional teams for the flawless execution of critical projects
    • Track and communicate progress product development across the company
    • Develop, iterate and improve development processes to be resilient to the quickly growing Big Health team
    • Report and escalate to management as needed
    • Cultivate a strong culture of accountability and maintain high quality standards
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

    • 5+ years of professional work experience
    • 2+ yrs formal experience in a Project Management role in Software Development
    • Experience delivering complex projects with tight deadlines
    • Extreme organization and attention to detail
    • Passion for structure and order but demonstrable ability to adapt quickly to change.
    • Highly self-motivated with superlative problem-solving skills
    • A genuine interest in the field of Behavioral health especially where technology & behavior intersect
