Your Impact
As a Sales Director, Health System Sales you will use your knowledge to build relationships, and expand market access into the health system business unit, which will be a critical growth driver for the company. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing Big Health’s health system partnerships. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, client-oriented individual with experience selling to health systems and large provider group practices who are excited about the opportunity to partner with us and help make our mental health solutions available at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing relationships to increase pipeline and brand awareness of Big Health
- Drive opportunities from initial conversation through close with large health systems and provider group practices
- Develop and nurture key stakeholder relationships nationally for our new health systems business line
- Establish sales plan and external documents to facilitate an efficient and strategic process for prospects that necessitate an enterprise sales approach
- Create and foster your pipeline of prospects to achieve high win rates
- Maintain weekly sales forecast and achieve quota quarterly
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Clinical and Legal teams to execute against a strategy that bolsters Big Health business including informing on market feedback and product development strategy iterations
- Be a subject matter expert on the payer and health system space as well as Big Health solutions in the market
- Own the seamless coordination with implementation team
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of full cycle closing experience selling to large health systems and provider group practices
- Experience with the buy and bill process related to large, medium, and small health systems, and private practice groups.
- Proven success with consultative selling in the healthcare payer and/or health systems space
- Track record of success attaining or exceeding quota
- History of exceptional forecasting discipline and demonstrated ability to build a 10x pipeline in territory
- Fluent in developing customized proposals, pricing strategy, contracting process, deal structure and contract negotiation
- Effective and influential communicator with strong relationship building, presentation, and group facilitation skills
- Self-motivated and dynamic thinker with the ability to flex, innovate, and solve problems creatively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic and start-up environment

$150,000 - $200,000 a year
Salary Ranges: Please note that the compensation details listed above reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
