Reporting to the VP of Product Management, the Product Marketing Manager will own user-facing outbound marketing and user acquisition. This role is at the heart of executing on our mission, getting evidence-based treatment into the hands of the people who need it the most. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing the strategy, product positioning, and messaging that drives user engagement & enrollment.

Given the above and the complexity of our current Sleepio system, the Product Marketing Manager must be skilled in messaging and content creation, strong in quantitative analysis and experienced in project management.

The Product Marketing Manager will:

    • Own the engagement & enrollment part of the user funnel, enabling evidence-based therapy to reach more people who need it
    • Develop overall communications strategy, including channel prioritization and messaging strategy
    • Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and execute on the shared Engagement & Enrollment vision
    • Work across traditional marketing channels such as email, print, blog and Google/Facebook ads
    • Design experiments to optimize messaging and creative
    • Run and analyze ROI of campaigns in order to drive improvements in overarching communications strategy
    • Segment potential user base to focus and prioritize efforts
    • Define what success looks like and identify relevant KPIs to measure progress
    • Work with Customer Success team to develop marketing / enrollment strategies that scale for different size & types of customers 
    • Work with Sales team to create case studies that showcase Big Health’s ability to engage with diverse populations

In order to be successful, candidates will need:

    • Passion for our mission of helping millions achieve good mental health without the use of pharmaceuticals
    • 1+ years of experience in a role exposed to Product Marketing, ideally with experience in creating and managing campaigns
    • 2+ years of experience in a quantitative analytical role such as an analyst or management consultant
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including copywriting, storytelling and multimedia skills
    • Humble, collaborative individual who employs their tenacity in leading cross-functional teams to achieve lofty goals
    • Superior project management skills; highly detail-oriented
