At Big Health, our purpose is to help millions back to good mental health. Our “digital therapeutics” - Daylight™, for worry & anxiety, and Sleepio™, for poor sleep - are fully automated cognitive and behavioral programs that are as scalable and clinically validated as drugs. Our software combines the intimacy of the human voice, engaging animation, and clinically rigorous techniques to help people overcome their mental health challenges. Big Health’s products are backed by 50 published clinical papers including 13 randomised controlled trials (RCTs), and are cited in leading clinical guidelines including the American College of Physicians and NICE. Today, over 12 million people worldwide have reimbursed access to Big Health’s products, via leading employers in the US and the UK’s NHS.

As an Engagement Manager you are directly helping millions back to good mental health. You will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale behavioural change programmes that ensure our clinically proven digital therapeutics reach people with poor mental health.

You will be a key part of a small start-up team in the UK where you will work closely with the clinical and marketing teams to implement our products, increase reach and up-level our distribution model.

You will:

    • Design the implementation model for our digital medicines in a local healthcare system, tailoring your approach to use existing NHS services as well as new channels to reach people with poor mental health.
    • Set engagement targets for roll-outs in collaboration with the commercial team during the sales process.
    • Work collaboratively with the local healthcare system to deliver engagement targets and feed back outcomes.
    • Continuously improve our engagement strategy, working across diverse projects with different clinicians and end users.
    • Work alongside Clinical & Research to design novel real-world experiments that add to our published implementation research.
    • Manage internal and external project stakeholders and build advocacy through success.
    • Act as the voice of the end user and the distributor with our internal Product, Design and Marketing teams, using your on-the-ground insights to inform Product features and messaging to populations.

To be successful:

    • You have a deep understanding of the challenges of embedding change in the NHS through direct experience navigating the system and introducing innovation.
    • You have successfully managed complex projects working in a team - you excel at juggling various moving parts and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
    • You speak the language of clinicians - you communicate with credibility and can generate trust quickly with diverse groups of clinicians
    • You’re proactive - you seize opportunities as they present themselves, and work with the team to make them a reality.
    • You’re organised and detail-oriented - from your sock drawer to your email inbox, you strive to keep all aspects of your work & life organised.
    • You’re tenacious and creative - you don’t give up after the first, second or even tenth setback. Instead, you continue to innovate and collaborate your way forward.
