At Big Health we’re creating the first generation of “digital medicine”  — automated behavioral therapies that are as scalable and consistent as drugs. Our purpose is to help millions back to good mental health  — without pills or potions.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the Team Happiness Officer will make sure the team has the support it needs to accomplish this goal.  The Team Happiness Officer will anticipate, understand, and attend to the needs of the greater team while maintaining alignment on the goals of senior management. We have major growth goals over the next year and are looking for a leader who will take pride in promoting the culture of the company while ensuring we have processes in place to scale. Given the above, the Team Happiness Officer will have strong social skills, a working understanding of general HR processes & procedures, and be action oriented.

    • Maintain and cultivate a sense of pride, respect and celebration around team experiences and events (team lunches, happiness fund, team off-sites) so they can continue to reflect our culture
    • Be a process expert at Big Health — from how expenses work, to requesting PTO, you are the go-to for how we work effectively as we scale
    • Implement our quarterly happiness surveys to ensure we continue to meet the needs of, and continually grow, our team while managing the resulting action plans
    • Plan, coordinate, and executive company wide events, such as our bi-annual company summits, weekly team meetings, and industry events
    • Maintain and improve our work environment so the team always has what they need to succeed. This includes managing the budget for food, office supplies, and an appealing workspace
    • Lead and execute various operational projects with the Chief of Staff. Previous projects have included developing a new parent policy, launching a new expensing software, and managing our London office move

    • Personal accountability such that no detail goes unnoticed and no project, big or small, slips through the cracks
