The Big Health People Department is deeply invested in fostering a  supportive, growth-oriented environment where all employees are valued and can thrive.  Reporting to the VP of People, this person will be responsible for oversight of global recruiting operations for Big Health and lead recruiting efforts (from sourcing candidates to hiring) for roles at all levels across the business while managing other recruiters and recruiting coordinators (contract or internal) to ensure the organization is attracting the best talent. This person will partner closely with hiring managers to develop a diverse pipeline of candidates and implement inclusive recruitment strategies. This role will also be responsible for defining and launching employer branding strategies to position Big Health as top place to work.

Responsibilities:

    • Develop and operationalize recruiting processes that emphasizes quality, diversity, and efficiency to drive Big Health’s talent acquisition strategy
    • Own full cycle hiring across all levels and functions while consulting hiring managers  on all HR-related matters (e.g. compliance, compensation, leveling guidelines, etc) 
    • Develop and operationalize recruiting processes that emphasizes quality, diversity, and efficiency
    • Establish and monitor recruitment metrics to assess recruiting effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
    • Establish and embed ED&I recruiting best practices and provide program management support to operationalize ED&I initiatives based on the hiring needs of the business
    • Serve as the primary admin for recruiting systems/tools, manage TA vendor relationships, and maintain data integrity to ensure adherence to all compliance requirements
    • Identify and integrate recruitment tools and technologies to enhance recruiting quality and effectiveness
    • Proactively stay on top of market trends and incorporate learnings and best practices into the recruiting processes
    • Manage and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to implement creative sourcing strategies that attracts candidates at all levels of the organization and partner with business leaders to anticipate future needs
    • Own relationship management with external staffing partners
    • Cultivate a strong employer brand that aligns with Big Health’s overall branding strategy and helps attract top talent to the organization. Promote Big Health’s vision, culture, and career opportunities to the professional community via networking, conference attendance, social media, and career event

Requirements:

    • At least 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in high growth, scaling companies (experience in healthcare or technology focused companies strongly preferred)
    • At least 2 years experience hiring, mentoring and building high performing recruiting teams 
    • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates and building recruiting strategies internationally (UK recruiting experience highly preferred) 
    • Demonstrated experience with deploying creative sourcing techniques, and a proven track record of building a pipeline and engaging talent/ hiring for roles ranging from admin to executive level 
    • Knowledge of HR law, principles and practices including knowledge of state and federal regulations and laws
    • Prior experience with ATS and HRIS systems (Lever preferred) 
    • Strong verbal and and written communication skills with unwavering attention to detail
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete projects within specified deadlines
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when handling sensitive information

$145,000 - $175,000 a year
Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Additional compensation may include benefits, variable pay, discretionary bonuses and equity.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.
