As a member of our Partnerships & New Markets team, you’ll be integral to driving a step change in the reach of Big Health’s Digital Therapeutics. You will have the opportunity to manage work streams and interface with major healthcare partners in an effort to build out a new commercial model for this emerging sector of medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to not only drive real impact across internal teams but the broader digital therapeutics landscape. You will report to our Director of Commercial Partnerships and will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and engineering!

As a Channel Partnerships Manager at Big Health, you will:

    • Manage external stakeholders in an effort to understand their needs and guide them in support of our mutual objectives 
    • Support the development and manage the execution of strategic plans across various workstreams, including commercialization, partner integration, and member enrollment
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales & Marketing to drive new business through partners and Product & Engineering to build out product integrations 
    • Conduct quantitative analyses, develop presentation materials, and support strategic planning for the overall partnership function

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

    • 3-5 years of professional work experience, ideally managing external partners
    • Organization skills that translate into strong time management & project planning 
    • An eye for detail and acute stakeholder awareness to ensure internal and external alignment
    • Stakeholder management experience with the ability to build trust quickly
    • To be adaptable to changing priorities
    • Strong critical thinking skills
