In partnership with Oxford AHSN, Big Health is running a ground-breaking new programme to deliver our digital mental health solutions across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire. This project aims to bring a step-change in the commissioning and delivery of digital medicines in the NHS by creating a blueprint for scaling digital therapeutics.

As a Partnerships Manager at Big Health, you will:

    • Evolve and deliver the commercial engagement plan by building strong commissioner and partner relationships, aiming to create a network of Big Health buyers and advocates
    • Influence Sleepio’s brand: work with internal design, marketing, and PR teams to create methods that get Sleepio noticed and used by millions
    • Manage systematic outreach, iterating on messaging and identifying creative engagement approaches for a diverse range of stakeholders
    • Lead development of Big Health’s business cases for the NHS, working closely with health economists and our research team to create a compelling case for change

To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Exceptional relationship management skills with prior professional experience building relationships with the NHS
    • Self-starter attitude and intellectual curiosity with a history of rapid, self-driven learning
    • Proven track record of independently designing and managing complex projects from start to finish, achieving key objectives on agreed timelines
    • Passionate about helping millions back to good mental health and driving widespread adoption of digital therapeutics

It is a bonus if you have:

    • Understanding of the commissioning cycles in the NHS and challenges of innovating in a single-payer health system
    • 4+ years of professional experience, either in management consulting, business development/partnerships
