Who we’re looking for:
Billfold is the most advanced RFID “cashless” point of sale and access control solution in the live events and venues market. As such, we are set for fast growth and need an experienced Account Manager who can bring best practices to our organization. The ideal candidate is scrappy and proactive, ready to work with ownership, the sales team, marketing, and operations teams.
 
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in Account Management and ideally experience in industries including live music, ticketing, and miscellaneous event tech.  Preference given to individuals with hospitality experience and ideally in food and beverage.

Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop an understanding of your client and learn what their needs are so you show them how Billfold will solve for their operational inefficiencies.
    • Always stay engaged with your pipeline of clients and introduce them to new features and products Billfold rolls out
    • Grow your list of clients and identify new leads that will benefit from using Billfold
    • Always stay up to speed on new developments with billfold and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product
    • Maintain consistent communication with our clients' success managers. 

Qualifications

    • 2+ years experience in sales at related industries
    • People person, goal oriented and enjoy building long lasting business relationships 
    • Experienced with fast paced sales environments and driven regularly to exceed Sales targets
    • Great time management and strong organizational skills 
    • Embrace entrepreneurial spirit; you work smarter not harder
