Who we are looking for:
Billfold is the most advanced RFID “cashless” point of sale and access control solution in the live events and venues market. As such, we are set for fast growth and need an experienced Account Executive who can bring best practices to our organization. The ideal candidate is proactive and ready to work with ownership, sales, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in sales and has experience in live music event operations and tech including ticketing, point-of-sale, and related tech-driven sales.

We’re putting the pedal down in a post-covid world to deliver contactless technology to every live event and are looking for people who share our hunger for new business. Billfold needs people on the team who are excited to take on the challenge of the unknown, who can take on any job necessary with a relentless ‘get-it-done’ attitude. We believe in giving our employees autonomy and ownership over what they do and have high expectations for what they can deliver in return. 

Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage the sales cycle from finding a client to securing the deal
    • Create and lead presentations to prospective clients
    • Lead price negotiations
    • Source new sales opportunities through networking 
    • Keep regular contact with clients to understand and support their needs
    • Maintain sales pipeline and pipeline visibility


    • 3+ years of B2B sales, account management or similar function
    • Experience with Salesforce
    • Experience working in live events, ticketing or event tech
    • Outstanding work ethic and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and sales skills
    • Strong critical thinking ability
    • Hospitality experience preferred, but not necessary 
    • Experienced with fast paced sales environments and driven regularly to exceed sales targets
